About 5 months ago, J and I had a contractor come and give us an estimate on a few things around the house. Well, when we got the estimate we were a bit surprised at how expensive it was! Holy crap...$50 to install a cat door?!? Really?
I mean, J is very handy but we thought it may just be easier to pay someone to knock out all the small stuff, ya know? Well, after seeing those numbers, J had to put on his handy man gloves :)

Install Storm Door - $350
Replace Outside Light - $145
Re-mud/paint Second Bathroom - $580
Install Cat Door - $80
Replace Wax Ring - $25
Put Shelves In Closet - $250
Holy crap? So, we ended up doing it ourselves...
Actual Costs
Storm Door - $255
Outside Light - $55
Yea, I know the paint doesn't match...that's why it's not done yet. Some day haha
