Seattle

It's been almost 6 years since J and I moved to Seattle.  It was the best decision we have ever made and I think we are here to stay :)
Why I love Seattle....
Ferry boats (Yes, just what McDreamy calls them) Washington state has the biggest ferry transit system in the US.  There's just something so peaceful about riding a ferry.  Even on a cold windy day like in the picture below.

...and even nicer on a day like this!

The Market

I love going and just walking around for hours.  Even if I don't buy anything.  J hates it but oh well :)

My Fraaaaaaanns

J and I have made some awesome friends here.  We have awesome boat parties sometimes.  Ok, so only once, but it was pretty awesome!

This is the view from West Seattle across the bay.  I was driving home and decided to stop here and take a picture.  How gorgeous??

The Great Wheel

I've only been once and it was ok but still!  Just another pretty site on the waterfront :)

Despite what people may say...the weather is pretty awesome here.  Yes, it rains a lot in the winter but hot damn it's soo worth it when you get days like this!  Plus, it doesn't usually get below 40 (except last week) And our summers are to-die-for!

Traffic blows....all the time....but I love driving across the lake and taking in the beauty.  It almost makes up for the horrid traffic.

Beer.  Nuff said.

We also have an underground city.  Pretty cool, huh?

Those are just a few reasons.  BUT, you should most definitely come visit Seattle.  It's the greatest city evar!!  Ok, so maybe not ever, but seriously, it's pretty awesome!
